Orders and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.

If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, I will tell you and refund it in full.

Presale

Presale items are paid for when you order and shipped on the date given on the product page. If that date moves I will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before shipping.

Delivery and returns

See shipping and returns. You have a 14 day right of withdrawal on physical goods. Digital downloads are delivered immediately, so by ordering one you agree that the right of withdrawal ends at delivery.

Copyright

Buying a print, book, zine or digital file does not transfer any copyright. All photographs remain © Luis Natera. Digital files are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Guarantee and complaints

Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law apply, including the legal guarantee that goods match what was sold. If anything is wrong, email shop@luisnatera.photo and I will put it right.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
