Privacy
The shop collects only what it needs to take and deliver your order.
What is collected
- Your name, email address and delivery address, to fulfil the order and send the confirmation and tracking emails.
- What you ordered and what you paid.
Card and payment details go straight to Stripe. The shop never sees or stores them.
Who handles it
- Stripe, for payment and tax calculation.
- Sendcloud and the carrier you choose, for the shipping label and delivery.
- Amazon Web Services, for sending order emails and storing backups.
- Hetzner, which hosts the shop on a server in Germany.
Your details are not sold or shared with anyone else, and buying something does not sign you up to the newsletter.
Cookies
The shop sets two functional cookies: one to remember your basket and one to protect the forms. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. There is no advertising tracking.
Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores no personal data and does not follow you across sites.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing shop@luisnatera.photo. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
