Shipping

I print, pack and ship every order myself from Amsterdam. Prints are printed on demand, so every order leaves within 7 days. Presale items ship on the date given on their page.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. You choose between the carriers available for your country, such as DHL, PostNL, DPD, UPS and FedEx. Every parcel is tracked, and you get the tracking link by email when it ships.

Digital zines are delivered by email as a download link straight after payment. There is no shipping charge.

Outside the EU

Prices include Dutch VAT where it applies. Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country and paid by you to the carrier.

Returns

You can return any physical order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email shop@luisnatera.photo with your order number and I will send the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of that email, unused and packed as well as it arrived. You pay for the return shipping.

Once the item is back I refund what you paid for it, plus the cheapest shipping option that was offered for your order, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Digital zines cannot be returned once the download link has been sent, because the delivery is immediate.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email shop@luisnatera.photo within 14 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. I will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If tracking shows a parcel as stuck or lost, write to me and I will sort it out with the carrier.
